We must improve public safety services by increasing the number of public safety officials out on patrol to help make our streets safe.
I will demand the county finally provide Measure H funding that will allow us to help our homeless, especially those in need of mental health services. We will get those who want help the service they need, and those who don't want help will be asked to leave like the law allows.
Addressing our cracked and broken streets and sidewalks is not just about beautifying neighborhoods, but also ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. By investing in infrastructure repair and implementing efficient maintenance programs, we can create a city where our streets are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Let's work together to make our city a better place for everyone.
I will work to create a streamlined process for new businesses to generate new revenue for our city. I will also work to promote our downtown area that includes Glendora Avenue and Plaza West Covina to create a vibrant, family friendly shopping experience.
Let's work together to revitalize our parks and prioritize safety for everyone. Beginning with Del Norte Park, Del Norte Dog Space & Baseball Fields, Orangewood Park, and Soccer & Hockey Facility, we can create spaces where families, seniors, and children can all find enjoyment. In addition, as Councilmember, Brian will also focus on expanding youth programs, promoting sustainability, and preserving open space.
Our seniors and veterans deserve improved services in transportation, health services, and housing opportunities. I will have our city apply for all available free grant money at the state and federal levels to improve city services.
